• Then, Manager of Legal Department at "The Egyption Mobile Phone Co." (Mobinil).
• In addition, he was chosen as the Legal Advisor for the chairman of (Banque Du Cairo) for Contracting Issues, with his membership in The Board of Directors of cairo Barclayes Bank and Egyption United Bank.
• Accompanied the previous experience having many local and foreign studies in law and banking operations of the major Egyptian universities and institutes, and the University of Guild Hall (London), and the institute of Banking Studies (Portsmouth), United Kingdom.
• Mastering of both English and French languages, as he was graduated from French school (Lyce'e Francais  Alexandria), Which assisted in acquiring international relations and studies.
• He owns contributions and wide range in social and public services as a recent and earlier member in The Board of The Egyption Center to Combat Addiction, legisltive committee of the National Council for Woman, Rotary Clubs and part-time lecturerin many local and international institutes and training centers.
